Wholesale Plus-Size Bodysuits in Sizes 44–60: Buyer's Guide
Our six core viscose bodysuits (crew, U and mock necks with short or long sleeves) run from size 44 to 60 in 12 to 14 colours each, and most fashion styles run 44–54. Here is how to stock them for winter and summer, how many to order and how to sell them as outfits.

Bodysuits earn their place in a plus-size boutique all year: in cold months long-sleeve and mock-neck styles are the base layer under jackets and coats, and in warm months short-sleeve, sleeveless and strappy styles are worn on their own. Our six core viscose bodysuits (crew neck, U-neck and mock neck, each with short or long sleeves) run from size 44 to 60, and most fashion and ribbed styles run from 44 to 54. You can order them as full size sets or single pieces, combined with other models and colours, with a $400 minimum per shipment.

Why do plus-size boutiques stock bodysuits all year?
Plus-size boutiques stock bodysuits all year because one garment does two jobs: in winter a bodysuit is the smooth base layer under a jacket, cardigan or long coat, and in summer it is a finished top on its own. Cut in one piece through the body, it stays in place when tucked into high-waisted trousers and skirts.
- It completes outfits. A customer buying a jacket or co-ord often needs a plain top underneath, and a bodysuit in a matching neutral is the natural second piece.
- It works in every season. The same black or ecru bodysuit goes under a coat in winter and is worn alone in summer.
- It suits covered styles. Long-sleeve crew-neck and mock-neck styles add coverage under open jackets, cardigans and kaftans.
- It packs small. Jersey bodysuits are light and fold flat, adding pieces to an order without adding much bulk.
Which necklines and sleeves should I stock for winter and for summer?
Stock long-sleeve and higher-neck bodysuits for the cold season and short-sleeve, sleeveless and strappy bodysuits for the warm season, but first check which season your market is entering. For boutiques in Europe, Turkey, North Africa and the Levant, an order placed in late October is a winter order; in South Africa, where summer runs from December to February, the same order is a summer order.
For winter and cooler climates
- Mock neck, long sleeve: the Mock Neck Long Sleeve Viscose Bodysuit (W-5019) covers the neck under blazers, coats and open cardigans.
- Crew neck, long sleeve: the Crew Neck Long Sleeve Viscose Bodysuit (W-5006) is the plainest base under printed jackets and knitwear, with the widest colour card of the core styles.
- U-neck, long sleeve: a softer neckline that sits well under open collars.
- Knit: a long-sleeve mock-neck knit bodysuit, plain or striped, in sizes 44–54.
For summer and warm climates
- Short sleeves: the Crew Neck Short Sleeve Viscose Bodysuit (W-5036) and its U-neck and mock-neck counterparts, all in sizes 44–60.
- Sleeveless and strappy: wide-strap, spaghetti-strap, asymmetric, one-shoulder, halter and strapless viscose styles, mostly in sizes 44–54.
- Ribbed cotton: four 100% cotton ribbed-jersey styles (halter mock neck, strappy, low-cut and half-sleeve), in nine or ten colours each, including salmon and baby blue.
If your market stays warm all year, make the short-sleeve core your base and keep one long-sleeve style for customers who want more coverage. For the rest of a cold-season order, see our AW 2026/27 buying plan.
What sizes do your plus-size bodysuits come in?
Our six core viscose bodysuits run from size 44 to 60, most fashion and ribbed styles run from 44 to 54, and a few viscose jersey styles start at 42 or 46 and stop at 48 or 54. These are Turkish sizes; our measurements guide converts Turkish 34–60 to EU, UK and US sizes.
- Crew neck, long sleeve (W-5006): 100% viscose, sizes 44–60.
- Crew neck, short sleeve (W-5036): 95% viscose, 5% elastane, sizes 44–60.
- U-neck, long sleeve (W-5037): 95% viscose, 5% elastane, sizes 44–60.
- U-neck, short sleeve (W-5038): 95% viscose, 5% elastane, sizes 44–60.
- Mock neck, long sleeve (W-5019): 95% viscose, 5% elastane, sizes 44–60.
- Mock neck, short sleeve (W-5022): 100% viscose, sizes 44–60.
Each colour card in the catalogue shows the current size range of that colour, so a style listed as 44–60 can show a shorter run in some colours. In October 2026 all six core styles were listed in black, white, ecru, beige, brown, light grey, navy, burgundy and plum, plus shades such as mink, khaki, red, pink, fuchsia and emerald depending on the style.
What fabrics are your bodysuits made of?
Most of our bodysuits are viscose jersey, either 100% viscose or 95% viscose with 5% elastane; four ribbed-jersey styles are 100% cotton, and a few knit and striped styles use polyester blends. Under EU textile law, viscose is a regenerated cellulose fibre obtained by the viscose process (Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011, Annex I), a man-made fibre made mostly from wood pulp.
- Viscose (viskon): US labelling rules call regenerated cellulose fibres rayon, so a customer who knows rayon already knows this fibre family.
- Elastane (spandex): the 5% in several core styles. The same EU regulation defines elastane as a fibre that, stretched to three times its original length and released, recovers rapidly and substantially to its initial length.
- Ribbed cotton jersey (kaşkorse): four ribbed styles are 100% cotton, with a textured rib for casual outfits.
- Polyester blends: the striped mock-neck knit is 50% polyester, 45% viscose and 5% elastane; the fine-stripe and wide-stripe strappy styles are 95% polyester and 5% elastane.
How many bodysuits should I order per colour and size?
Start with one full size set per colour in each core bodysuit style, and combine sets with single pieces where stock allows; our sales team confirms the final size breakdown before you pay. On our site a full size set is one piece of each size that colour currently comes in (nine pieces for a colour that runs 44–60, six for one that runs 44–54), and the site shows the exact sizes and piece count of one set before you add it to your order list.
- Pick two or three core styles for your season, for example long-sleeve mock and crew necks for winter, or short-sleeve crew and U-necks for summer.
- Build colours in layers: two neutrals (black plus ecru, white or beige), one or two darker shades such as navy, brown or burgundy, and one season shade if your customers like colour.
- Take one full size set per colour, so every size is on the rail from the start, then reorder the colours that empty first.
- Add one or two fashion styles (strappy, halter or ribbed) in fewer colours to test what your customers respond to.
- Check the total against the $400 minimum. Bodysuits can share an order with jackets, trousers and skirts.
If size sets are new to you, our guide to how size sets work in Turkish wholesale explains why they exist and when they help.

Practical tip: hold each jacket, trouser and skirt you stock against our colour card and note the two bodysuit colours that go with it; those belong in your first sets.
How do I build outfits with bodysuits to sell more pieces?
Sell the bodysuit as part of a look: pair every jacket, trouser and skirt on the rail with a bodysuit in a matching or neutral colour, and dress a mannequin in the full outfit, so a customer leaves with two or three pieces instead of one.
- Under a jacket: a long-sleeve mock-neck or crew-neck bodysuit under a blazer or short jacket from our jackets range.
- With trousers: tucked into wide-leg or straight trousers, a bodysuit keeps the waistline smooth.
- With skirts: a short-sleeve or U-neck bodysuit with a midi or maxi skirt from our skirts collection makes an easy daytime outfit.
- Under co-ords: a plain bodysuit under a co-ord jacket turns a two-piece into a three-piece look; see our guide to wholesale co-ord sets.
- For evening: a draped halter-neck or one-shoulder viscose bodysuit with tailored trousers or a long skirt.
How do I care for viscose bodysuits?
Follow the care label: our bodysuit product pages recommend a machine wash at 30°C, and viscose in general should be washed gently and kept out of the tumble dryer. A University of Hawaii extension guide on cleaning garments and textiles notes that rayon, the US name for regenerated cellulose fibres such as viscose, drapes well but should be laundered gently, and that a dryer makes it shrink.
Pass the same advice on to your customers:
- Wash at 30°C or below, on a gentle cycle.
- Wash dark and light colours separately.
- Air-dry instead of tumble-drying.
- Read care symbols as limits: under ISO 3758, they show the most severe treatment that does not cause irreversible damage.
If you sell in the EU, each garment must show its fibre composition in the official language or languages of the country where it is sold, unless national rules say otherwise, while care instructions are not harmonised at EU level, as the European Commission's FAQ on the textile regulation explains. Elsewhere, confirm current labelling rules with your importer or customs broker.
When a delivery arrives, check a sample of each style for measurements, stretch and opacity before it goes on the rail; our incoming-inspection checklist sets out the 30-minute routine.

Frequently asked questions
What sizes do your wholesale plus-size bodysuits come in?
Our six core viscose bodysuits (crew neck, U-neck and mock neck, each with short or long sleeves) come in sizes 44 to 60. Most fashion and ribbed styles run from 44 to 54, and a few viscose jersey styles start at 42 or 46. Each colour card in the catalogue shows the current size range of that colour.
Do you have long-sleeve plus-size bodysuits up to size 60?
Yes. Three long-sleeve viscose bodysuits run to size 60: crew neck (W-5006), U-neck (W-5037) and mock neck (W-5019). In October 2026 each was listed in 12 to 14 colours, including black, white, ecru, beige, navy and burgundy.
What fabric are your bodysuits made of?
Most are viscose jersey: the core styles are 100% viscose or 95% viscose with 5% elastane. Four ribbed-jersey styles are 100% cotton, and a few knit and striped styles use polyester blends. Most product pages state the exact composition.
How should customers wash a viscose bodysuit?
Follow the care label: our bodysuit product pages recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Viscose, which US labels call rayon, should be laundered gently and kept out of the tumble dryer, which can shrink it. Care symbols show the most severe treatment a garment tolerates, so a gentler wash stays within the label.
What is the minimum order for wholesale bodysuits?
The minimum for catalogue orders is $400 / €400 per shipment. Bodysuits count toward it together with every other category, because different models and colours can be combined in one order.
Can I order single pieces instead of full size sets?
Yes. You can order full size sets, which hold one piece of each size the colour comes in, or single pieces where stock allows. Our sales team confirms stock and the size breakdown before sending your proforma invoice.
Why should a boutique stock bodysuits in winter?
In winter a long-sleeve or mock-neck bodysuit is the base layer under jackets, cardigans and coats, and it stays in place when tucked into trousers and skirts. That makes it an easy second piece to sell with outerwear. In South Africa, where summer runs from December to February, short-sleeve and strappy styles lead at that time of year instead.
Can I see wholesale prices and stock for bodysuits?
Wholesale prices and live stock are visible to registered members only. Registration is free and takes about 30 seconds, after which you can build an order list and send it to our sales team on WhatsApp.
Do you ship bodysuits outside Turkey?
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracked carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx, or through your own cargo or forwarding company, and shipping terms are agreed with each order. Import rules and duties depend on your country, so confirm them with your customs broker or forwarder.
